Terms and Conditions – Sunday Bricks LEGO Rental Program

1. Order and Shipping

a. Order Placement:

An order is considered placed when the customer makes the full payment (Rental + Deposit).

b. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your LEGO rental, the following conditions apply:

• Case 1 – Product Not Shipped: The full amount will be refunded to the customer from Sunday Bricks
• Case 2 – Product Shipped: Shipping charges will be deducted from the rental fees, and the remaining balance will be refunded once the sets are returned to Sunday Bricks.

c. Return Responsibility:

Our shipping partner will deliver and collect the LEGO sets from the address where they were originally delivered. A printed address sheet will be provided for return shipping.

d. Service Area:

Sunday Bricks LEGO rental service is available across India.

2. Payments

• For payment we accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets.
• A security deposit is collected to ensure the safe handling of LEGO sets. If any pieces are missing, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
• A charge of INR 100 will be applied for each missing piece, and INR 500 will be charged for each missing minifigure.

3. Rental Information

Rental Cycle:

The LEGO sets rental cycle begins when the customer receives the product and ends when the sets are dispatched for return. 

4. Managing Rentals

Extension of LEGO Rental Period:

LEGO set rental extensions are allowed subject to availability. Please contact our team for applicable charges and extension requests.

5. General Information

• All LEGO sets must be properly packed and returned in their original packaging with the instruction booklet.
• If renting multiple LEGO sets, customers must ensure that pieces from different LEGO sets are not mixed up.
• Failure to return the rented LEGO sets as per the above requirements may result in a fine and a restriction from future rentals from Sunday Bricks.
• The deposit will be refunded once we receive the sets and its contents are verified by team Sunday Bricks.

6. Shipping Information

• To and fro shipping of LEGO rental sets is included in the rental cost.
• Customers are required to use the provided printed address sheet for all returns.
