Order and Shipping</strong></h3><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">a. Order Placement:</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">An order is considered placed when the customer makes the full payment (Rental + Deposit).</span></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">b. Cancellation Policy:</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">If you wish to cancel your LEGO rental, the following conditions apply:</span></p><ul><li><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Case 1 – Product Not Shipped:</strong><span style="background-color: transparent;"> The full amount will be refunded to the customer from Sunday Bricks</span></li><li><strong style="background-color: transparent;">Case 2 – Product Shipped:</strong><span style="background-color: transparent;"> Shipping charges will be deducted from the rental fees, and the remaining balance will be refunded once the sets are returned to Sunday Bricks.</span></li></ul><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">c. Return Responsibility:</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">Our shipping partner will deliver and collect the LEGO sets from the address where they were originally delivered. A printed address sheet will be provided for return shipping.</span></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">d. Service Area:</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">Sunday Bricks LEGO rental service is available across India.</span></p><p><br></p><h3><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">2. Payments</strong></h3><ul><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">For payment we accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets.</span></li><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">A </span><strong style="background-color: transparent;">security deposit</strong><span style="background-color: transparent;"> is collected to ensure the safe handling of LEGO sets. If any pieces are missing, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.</span></li><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">A charge of INR 100 will be applied for each missing piece, and INR 500 will be charged for each missing minifigure.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">3. Rental Information</strong></h3><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">Rental Cycle:</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">The LEGO sets rental cycle begins when the customer receives the product and ends when the sets are dispatched for return. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">4. Managing Rentals</strong></p><p><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">Extension of LEGO Rental Period:</strong></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">LEGO set rental extensions are allowed subject to availability. Please contact our team for applicable charges and extension requests.</span></p><p><br></p><h3><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">5. General Information</strong></h3><ul><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">All LEGO sets must be properly </span><strong style="background-color: transparent;">packed and returned</strong><span style="background-color: transparent;"> in their original packaging with the instruction booklet.</span></li><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">If renting multiple LEGO sets, customers must </span><strong style="background-color: transparent;">ensure that pieces from different LEGO sets are not mixed up</strong><span style="background-color: transparent;">.</span></li><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">Failure to return the rented LEGO sets as per the above requirements may result in </span><strong style="background-color: transparent;">a fine and a restriction</strong><span style="background-color: transparent;"> from future rentals from Sunday Bricks.</span></li><li><span style="background-color: transparent;">The deposit will be refunded once we receive the sets and its contents are verified by team Sunday Bricks.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><h3><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">6.
